She and my daughter know each other from high school, and I was very active as a parent there.

The news made it sound like her parents were slightly unhinged, they didn't see anything wrong with Weiner having these personal chats with their daughter. Unless he was advising her on politics, government, or such, I find it weird and wouldn't want my 17 year old daughter doing such.

I have two daughters and will do everything in my power to keep a weiner from contacting them.

I'm not sure what was made public, but she is quite interested in politics and is extremely liberal for such a young girl. She tells people that she will be President some day.

Also, and this bothered me, she tweeted that she likes married men, and was in love with Weiner (though my daughter thinks it's possible she was kidding on that one).
