Who is Ron Paul???

In a search of presidential potentials for 2012, I found no mention of RonPaul in most all the articles. I understand that money plays a part in raising public awareness, eg Romney, but has the straw poll no significance? I accept it to be minor , but how disenfranchised has our society become when a long-standing congressman from a conservative state, who consistantly argues for the Constitution and American liberty, receives little to no mention in Republican polls? Is there some skeleton of his I'm unaware of, or is the political machine just afraid of someone reversing the downward spiral of our society caused by government?

Please enlighten me.

What are you talking about? Ron Paul is pretty well known and talked about.

Perhaps he isnt getting talked about because he hasn't provided any notion that he is running in 2012.
