I wish Criteon was still alive I'd love to hear his take on this.
I remember a few scientist during the release of the movie Jurassic park saying how unlikely it would be to do. But I didn't by it. I wouldn't be surprised if we find the DNA of lots plenty of extinct critters. Looking into some of the out of context, evolutionarily speaking, discoveries the world is still a strange and unrevealed place on that front.
