First rule of communication: don't insult the listener.....they have a tendency to shut down when that happens and will never hear what is being said the way the speaker intends it to be heard.

Obama and his crowd were insulting us before they won the election and they haven't stopped, even though they just lost this one.

Second rule: Don't lie to the listener. They might catch you... especially if they no longer trust the mainstream media's unquestioning support for you.

How about rule #3:

It's important to listen during communications. Obama thinks communications are one way and that he just didn't talk down to us about the right things.
