Already in the mid-term week of my 3rd-to-last class (International Cuisine). I start my externship in February. Graduation is set for May 2011.
I just landed my externship at a small place called Forepaugh's in DT St. Paul. The exec Chef (Donald Gonzalez) worked with Thomas Keller at French Laundry prior to coming to Minnesota.
