I wonder how many of those 3M retirees will be voting Democrat on November 2?




3M Co., citing new federal health laws, said Monday it won't cover retirees with its corporate health-insurance plan starting in 2013.

Instead, the company will direct retirees to Medicare-backed insurance programs, and will provide reimbursement for that coverage. It'll also reimburse retirees who are too young for Medicare; the company didn't provide further details.

The company made the changes known in a memo to employees Friday; news of the move was reported in The Wall Street Journal and confirmed Monday by 3M spokeswoman Jackie Berry.

Ummm...Red, funding of private healthcare plans for retirees, and employees, are one of the biggest drains on the competitiveness of US corporations abroad. Their overseas competitors, at least in the G-7 aren't burdened with those costs.

But BP, Obama "promised" you would lose your CURRENT health coverage under his plan

So once again, thanks to added costs to business under Obamcare people will get the shaft

As many said they would before the bill was passed

But hey, when Dems are fired in November, Obamacare will be on the choping block

The private sector isn't ultimately burdened with the cost of health care in the G-7? It must be magic.

Sure blame it on the evil corporation, don't blame the skyrocketing costs.What happened to his promise of affordable health care for all? This was predicted, yet here you are just swilling down the Obama koolaid. Sober up.
