anyone know about the in box?

I delete all the messages in my in box except for one, but it still says it's 95% full. Is there a trash folder or something that I have to delete to get it all cleaned out? Anyone know?

Look for a way to "compact" folders, or look in the help section. What program are you using?

Ah! There was a sent folder that I didn't know about. I deleted a bunch of those; now my box isn't so full.
