After one year of Obama, I do miss Pres Bush
http://www.newsmax.com/getattachment/Manage/Articles/ArticleTemplate/349375-Bush-Billboard---Miss-Me-Yet-/bushbillboard2.jpg.aspx
Drivers on Interstate 35 near Wyoming, Minn., are greeted by a large billboard (see below) bearing a photo of former President George W. Bush, smiling and waving. The caption beside the photo: “Miss Me Yet?”
A photo of the billboard was widely circulated on the Internet on Monday, leading to speculation that it was the product of clever digital trickery.
But Wyoming resident Bob Collins of Minnesota Public Radio confirmed to National Public Radio that the billboard is real.
No one has claimed responsibility for the billboard.
“At first glance, it would seem to be from some person or group who isn’t thrilled by President Barack Obama’s performance so far,” NPR reported, “unless it’s a more ironic message from those who didn’t think too much of Bush and want to remind voters about him.”

Sorry bout that,
1. Sure, I miss him.
2. But he just lives not far from here, so he's not out of touch really for me.

I saw a poll about a month or so ago that said 43% wanted Pres Bush back as President
The glow is definitely fading when it comes to Obama

I saw a bumper sticker a few months ago that simply said
"You can't blame Bush anymore"
Truer words were never spoken. Although, President B.O. and the Democrats are showing their lack of leadership skills by trying their best to pin the blame on Bush.
My family is all Democrat and could not stand Bush. Now, whenever the subject of B.O. comes up and I call this hyena the worst president in living memory, they don't have much to say.

That, plus Speaker Pelosi's $100K bar bill, are part of the Democrat job creation package!

I really do Pres Bush
Pres Bush never tried to blame Clinton for his problems and took all the responsibility for the results of his policies
Pres Bush tried to get along with Dems - which was a big mistake on his part
Pres Bush never whined about the insane liberal rage and rage that came his way on a daily basis. He never tood people not to listen to Air America or not to watch MSNBC
Pres Bush was thick skinned, not thin skinned like Obama
What a difference

I miss Bush's foreign policy, but not his domestic spending.

I miss Bush's foreign policy, but not his domestic spending.
Obama, Reid, and Pelosi make Bush and the Republican Congress look like Scrooge
I suspect alot of people who voted for Obama now have buyers remorse - while those like MFM, BP, and Gabby, are dismissing their reaction as either racism, stupidity, or a combination of both
I miss Bush's foreign policy, but not his domestic spending.
Can you tell me the difference in foreign policy? Looks the same to me.

BTW Noir, this quote carries special meaning with most Americans
"I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to other people, and I require the same from them." John Wayne as JB Books in The Shootist.

The one and only good quality that George W Bush had is he was the lessor of two evils.
IMO he was a big government, big spending, pro-amnesty, moderate conservative/liberal.
Unfortunately, John McCain would have been more of the same...We need better choices.
But more than that we need wiser voters who can recognize them when they come along.
Instead we are loyal to corrupt political parties and suckers of the media's talking heads and look where it's got us.
If we had only listened to the funny little man with the funny little voice that the MSM and press made fun of in 1992.

I do hope CONSERVATIVES take advantage of the Obama screw ups and win at the ballot box
We need them to reverse the insane spending, and foreign policy changes Obama has implemented
To hell with both Dems adn Republicans. Both have shown they do not give a damn about what the voters think, or about the US Constitution

This is so true and the reason why I'm switching... You want to hear another giant sucking sound? Millions more of us should switch to independants, both those parties would have a heart attack.....

If Independent candidates could find a way to support anti-abortion efforts, and to not support legalizing hard drugs, I might do it.

Another sucking sound Bink are the various groups who ensure millons of people (they do not have to be citizens of America) who are living off government programs - when they are able to work like the rest of us
and ensure their groups get their share of taxpayer money. Groups like ACORN, Planned Parenthood, various unions, ect
Obama has thrown open the doors of the US Mint and told his supporters to line up single file, and take what they want, as his thanks for getting him in office
