1. Well health care being fixed is just about DOA.:laugh2:
2. Dumb bastards up there, in DC, didn't do it.:laugh2:
3. Anyway what they wanted to do sucked ass, so so bad, it was worse than what is.
4. They want to fine people who didn't come crawling to the insurance companys and pay through the nose for healthcare.
5. And fine those who couldn't afford to do it, in many creative ways.
6. Still there was a total grey area as to if they would take in *Pre-Existings*.
