Well on the other side, Home Depot said the vanity tops would be 'in' in 3-5 business days. Earliest should have been last Friday. Latest, Tuesday. Each and every day, including weekends because of holidays, they called and said, 'they will be in tomorrow, they're on the truck.' Yesterday, (Wed.) I blew, not at the phone answerer, but at her boss. This morning my contractor's workers worked like dervishes.

However, the amount of paint, plumbing, electrical, just too much. I understood that. The foreman said, "We'll be her tomorrow, to finish up. Do you mind?" I said, "Yes, I mind. You should be with your family. Saturday/Sunday works for me."

I recognized last weekend, I wasn't going to host Christmas here. My brother had said the weekend of the loss, he'd do so. He is. I'm so lucky. Now I've got to cook a ham, turkey breast, make potatoes au gratin, green bean casserole. LOL! No big or small task there, just what is, is.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. Though the weather outside is frightful..........

Now I thought global warming meant warmer temperatures, wow never did I imagine it meant record snow falls, and cold temperatures to boot!!!

its stuck. my wife's girlfriend is afraid of driving in snow so she stayed the night

drifting. from the high winds. ive seen worse. maybe we got 6-8" but it was tuff 4 wheelin' this afternoon
