Possibly opening up a local bakery (we only have one in town) & soup/sandwich shop. We are stuck on names. He came up with "Anoka Bakery", inspired but the city's name, and I came up with "Tortes, Reformed" which was inspired by the location we are likely going to be at, is right next door to the county courthouse, and we have several attorney offices surrounding the location.
So, which is the better name?

I'd go with Tortes Reformed. Humor and still obvious. :laugh2:
I'd go more with something like 'The Crusty Bap'
But just make sure you don't listen to me and you won't go far wrong =)

Tortes, Reformed is cute, but just keep in mind that attorneys are generally not in favor of tort reform. :)
