Since people are calling Dems out on their bribes and those who took the bribes to get the votes needed to bring Obamacare to the Senate floor - Sen Landrieu is now upset that people would be outraged over how Dems are buying the votes

It reminds me of the guy asking a woman if she would have sex with him for a million dollars. She says yes so he offers her $20 for sex, she gets offended and slaps his face exclaiming what do you think I am a whore? He says yes, we already established that, now were just negotiating the price.
This woman is just a political whore that needs to be run out of office.

Welcome to the change we can believe in
Is this the "new kind of politics" Obama promised to get elected?
The irony is that government aid was provided to LA right after katrina hit...to the tume of BILLIONS. This gal sold out for a paltry 300 million. She is not only a political whore but a cheap one at that.

and where are those billions that have been provided?
Your guess is as good as mine
Two Years After Katrina, Billions in Relief Funds Are Missing
When pressed on the slow pace of recovery in the Gulf Coast, President Bush insists the federal government has fulfilled its promise to rebuild the region. The proof, he says, is in the big check the federal government signed to underwrite the recovery -- allegedly more than $116 billion. But residents of the still-devastated Gulf Coast are left wondering whether the check bounced.
"$116 billion is not a useful number," says Stanley Czerwinski of the Government Accountability Office, Congress' investigative arm.
For starters, most federal money -- about two-thirds -- was quickly spent for short-term needs like debris removal and Coast Guard rescue. As Czerwinski explains, "There is a significant difference between responding to an emergency and rebuilding post-disaster."
That has left little money for long-term Gulf Coast recovery projects. Although it's tricky to unravel the maze of federal reports, our best estimate of agency data is that only $35 billion has been appropriated for long-term rebuilding.
Even worse, less than 42 percent of the money set aside has even been spent, much less gotten to those most in need.

The good news is, the Dems are still stridently blaming Republicans or bloggers or some such. The more they avoid the real problem (unworkable Dem agendas, corruption), the worse the real problems will get, and people will eventually vote them out of office in the biggest turnaround since 1994.

Well.......actually, the gypsies from the Irish Traveling village in North Augusta, SC like to brag that they bilked over a billion dollars collectively from the government during the aftermath of Katrina.
I have noticed in my travels that several new multi-million dollar homes are being / have been built in the village of recent. They specialize in that sort of thing. They show up, take a deposit, leave and never return. Happens all the time. I wouldn't be surprised to learn they are connected to sources of government in the highly Catholic Louisiana structure, Irish Travelers are of course supposedly all good catholics as well, and as are well known, the travelers are almost 100% all theives. Hmmm....then again, so are most government officials. Makes sense to me.

A reminder though......
Most of the multi-million dollar homes haven't been moved into yet. The windows are still covered with corrugated paper to ward off evil spirits from entering the residence through the light of the sun. They have to remain that way for a year before the family can move in. In the meantime they live in a 6,000 dollar trailor that sits in the corner of the yard that used to be the family's primary residence until they prospered enough to build their dream home.

Now, now. The bill clearly says that ANY state that's been declaired a disaster in the last 7 years qualifies. It isn't her fault that only Louisiana falls into that definition.
Mean old Republicans picking on those poor defensless dems, shame on you.
