I rolled out of bed today to go to work and i pulled my back. I am laying here in alot of pain. I can barely move. This definitely wasnt the day i was expecting to have.

So now im really bored. Anything fun going on?

My husband has done this before. He has a lot of back problems and has to be careful about how he moves. My sympathies.

Call a deep tissue massage therapist to make a house call. That might be fun ! Im off work today & tomorrow, I have a few errands to run, I hate shopping and driving so I plan to keep delaying it until I have to go ......then Im going to move my bed upstairs and turn my room downstairs into an office, and check the message board frequently and avoid my offline life pretty much:cool:
