According to an analysis by the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) , the health care “reform” bill that Speaker Pelosi rammed through the House of Representatives requires you to purchase a government-approved plan or :

Face a penalty of up to 2.5 percent of your income (collected by the IRS, of course) if you fail to maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage.”

And refusal to pay the penalty "is punishable by a fine of up to 250,000 dollars and/or imprisonment for up to five years."

I can buy a car or not. I can choose whether or not to allow my kids to drive, until they can provide for their own insurance. I have choices, based on my values and income.

1. No way will anyone be put into jail for not having HC Ins.
2. Its just thier way of saying, "We're serious about this"
3. All this will end up doing is making the ins companies more greedy, because there is not controls set on them.
4. The insurance companies will cook the golden goose, and the health care system we have now, will die.
5. And then what comes out of it, has to be better.
6. Death will bring new life to the HC Industry.
