red states rule

What kind of deal was made?
Is Fox News going to become more like MSNBC and NOT report the truth? Or is the White House fed up Fox News ratings are up by 10% since Obama declared war on Fox?
Obama surrenders in war on FOX
The White House is tapping out in its war with Fox News Channel. Obama's press secretary Robert Gibbs met with FNC senior vice-president Michael Clemente today, and agreed to call a truce. The White House will no longer criticize cable's top-ranked news channel.
President Obama, chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, senior advisor David Axelrod and communications director Anita Dunn all publicly criticized Fox within the past three weeks. The attacks backfired. Fox's ratings grew by 10 percent since Dunn fired the first shot, four other networks pushed back against Obama's bullying, and CBS exposed the White House for lying about excluding Fox from a network pool interview.
The winner of the war, by far, is the Fox News Channel. If this were a UFC fight, Fox is Brock Lesnar, the undisputed champion that gets better with each fight. The Obama administration comes off as Kimbo Slice, a hyped-up bully who is beaten down and revealed to be a rank amateur.
The real losers are the American people, who expect results from their taxpayer dollars. The White House wasted countless time and effort preparing a strategy against Fox, instead of preparing a strategy in Afghanistan, where our troops are in harm's way. However, do not expect the truce to last long. Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity have plenty of ammunition left to fire at the most liberal President in U.S. history.
