Just reading stories online about 'protests', etc...does having a mic mean folk can make sometimes absurd comments to groups without being called on their claims?
If you were walking down the street and somebody from a podium said:
""The cost of health care is tipping family budgets over the edge, It's important that we bring fairness back into health care, and that's why we need a public option."
Would you holler-out and call them on their claim? Would you ask them to DEMONSTRATE how health care is tipping any one specific family's budget? and ask them what 'over the edge' really means? Would you ask them what fairness is missing from health care? Maybe ask them what is fair about forcing OTHER people to pay for MY health care?
That sorta thing?
