So much for freedom of assembly. I love police intimidation ... it will make it easier to rally the people when the revolution starts.

Have you noticed how often that happens. A seat becomes available and suddenly there is a person there from another state to fill it. They are either a friend or relation to some other politician.

It's becasue they are the new nobility. You really don't get in unless you are from or have the backing from an established family. This is why things don't change (other that we the people continuing to vote people back in with the promis of easier things to come), since they are all cut from the same cloth or have grown lazy or arrogant.

Arrogance is the trademark of the new nobility. They will be intermarrying soon to keep the bloodline pure. Based on the buffoonery we have been seeing lately that may already be the case.
