Cops called to stop kids selling lemonade

Reading some local news and this story jumped out at me. How many people call the cops on kids selling lemonade without a permit?

ITs Philly. Home of Union Labor Hell. They were operating unauthorized lemonade machinery without filing for the proper permit at city hall and aquiring the correct union worker to operate that machinery for them.

The person that turned them in was a jerk for doing so. Come on here. We're talking little kids. He said he wasn't doing it to be a scrooge, when in fact, that's how he came off. Give me a break. Certainly there HAS to be more worthwhile things to infest ones mind with than to get little ones in trouble.
