Here are a few I can think of:
You'll all have a chance to review legislation on line
We'll have an ethical administration, no lobbyists
I'm going to cut the deficit in half
Here's my favorite:
"I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."

"I will return earmarks to less than 7.8 billion per year" - Barack Obama
That's a BIG whopper, unless maybe he meant to say "per earmark," or maybe "7.8 billion EARMARKS per year."
