Sorry bout that,

1. But I sold some land today.
2. Commercial Land.
3. Held it for 4 years.
4. Tripled my money.:salute:
5. CWN< Grateful
6. Now I can give it to the insurance companies and hospitals and doctors! WEEPPEEE!!!

Sorry bout that,

1. Its been a long time coming.
2. I mowed that land for four years.
3. Payed taxes on it too.
4. Man who bought it, sold out on the stock market, and is just gathering up commercial lands, he bought three today, and wants more.
5. He will just sit on them.

1. I will have to pay some taxes on the profit come next april.
2. Capital gains.
3. Thats crappy as hell!

1. Thank you so much.
2. Whats weird thou, the contract just ended, with my realitor, but he calls me a day after and claims he sold it.
3. We were surprised, had to re-new for a week, and geter done.:dance:
