What does fate have to do with paying taxes? Seems you'd be happy with this flat tax..after all, it soaks the evil rich.

Will this "flat tax" be in lieu of the state tax? Or, like the "value added" tax recently proposed my our Dear Leader, will it be on top of the state tax?

There in lies the rub. Flat tax is great if its an alternative. If its in addition too, then whats the point.
