It was an interesting battle and I thought for a while there they were gonna stand up and duke it out. And I agree with both of them. However O'Riely was most right because the guy was here illegally and had been allowed to stay. It was a drunk driver situation. But it was also his third. As an illegal he's driving without a licence. No insurance. And drunk, with no respect for the laws of this country. He needs to be charged with more than just manslaughter. 25 to life would be a good start. And the parents should sue the city for allowing this guy to run free and being a sancuary city. They are responsible in this case.

Whew! That was one heated argument!

I think Geraldo was missing the point that if the illegal were never here in the first place,the accident would not have happened.

Fox news always has both sides on in their interviews and so on. They are hated simply because of Murdoch and because they do not spend the whole day digging on President Bush. At the very least they have someone who is for him and someone against. That's all they need to be fair. Their writers also do not spin every tiny problem in the world to look like Bush's fault.
