How SEALs Carried Out Their Mission (Capt. Phillips rescue)

President and Commander In Chief Barack Hussein Obama gave the final orders at exactly the correct time to exactly the correct military people to carry out this mission!!!!!!!!!!!! I bet he won't wear a cod piece and fake an aircraft landing!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

The operation to rescue Capt. Richard Phillips involved dozens of Navy SEALs, who parachuted from an aircraft into the scene near dark Saturday, landing in the ocean. The SEALs were part of a larger group of Special Operations Forces involved in the effort, according to military officials.

The SEALs set up operations on the USS Bainbridge, which had been communicating with the four pirates via radio and had also used smaller boats to make deliveries of food and water to the lifeboat. Yet the pirates were growing increasingly agitated, the officials said. At one point Saturday, the pirates opened fire on one of the smaller U.S. Navy craft that approached.

Soon afterward, two pirates moved to one of the hatches of the lifeboat and stuck their heads out. The third pirate advanced toward the captain, and pointed his AK-47 straight at Phillips' back, the rifle touching it or inches away, the official said.

U.S. military observers believed that Phillips was about to be shot. SEAL snipers, who were positioned on a deck at the stern of the Bainbridge, an area known as the fantail, had the three pirates in their sights. The on-scene commander gave the SEAL snipers authority to fire.

"As soon as the snipers had a clear shot at the guy who had the rifle, they shot him and the other two in the hatches," said the senior military official.

But Obama did not plan anything! Psycho had out his pom poms doing cartwheels and splits for Obama when all he did was what you or I would have done. That is certainly no great accomplishment.

Had it have been GW Democrats would laid the blame for the senseless murder at his feet talking about the poor three young "BLACK" Somalis who were destitute because of Americas bad Foriegn Policy.

I've seen twice as bad. The left has become so ridiculous in recent years it's shameful. The right is learning quickly but isn't quite as bad yet. When I see a republican senator ask a 14 minute question of a confirmee for the US Supreme Court, I'll say they are just as bad. When I see a Republican stonewall a news network like Obama does Fox News, I'll admit I'm wrong, or admit the right is just as bad.

AND....

when I see a slight inclination that the economy is "starting" to show signs of improvement as was said by Obama yesterday and reported by the US Government News Service AKA: The Socialist Information Services Department, I'll admit it as well.


Obama gets no credit for the rescue. He didn't do anything. The decision was a no brainer.

There is a standing order, that during a hostage rescue, the onscene commander has the authority to issue the order to kill. The Seals were requested by the Commander of the USS Bainbridge. SO let's see all Obama really did was authorize that they go, the rest was done by the Seals.

Late last night/early this morning the members of the ship returned to the United States via Andrews AFB. The media was there to cover it. Somewhere late last night/early this morning, the Seals returned home to their base and awaiting families, no media, no fanfare, nothing, but their loved ones.

The did their duty and came back. Mission accomplished. The real heroes, do not seek nor accept the media fanfare.

The standoff lasted what 3 days longer than necessary because Obama wanted a peaceful resolution. They're pirates and just like terrorists they just need to be dispatched quickly. Capt. Phillips jumped in the water so the snipers could take out the pirates but Obama wouldn't let them. The on-scene commander of the Bainbridge had to take things into his own hands because we have a weenie for POTUS. Soon as a gun was pointed in the general direction of Phillips the SEALS fired after having sat there for 3 days waiting for authorization to take out the pirates.

So the only thing Obama did was risk the life of Capt Phillips by delaying 3 days and caused him and his family undo stress. Yeah, thats real praise worthy.
