What court decision(s) went against Obama?

They used to go against liberalism generally, since most of liberalism is unconstitutional. But after FDR tried to pack the court, they started chickening out and reversing their own decisions. The country has gone downhill ever since.

This poll was targeted at liberals and Democrats, the people who watch MSNBC and go to the website for news. As you constantly remind us, Conservatives and Republicans watch Fox news and use their website. So how are you going to spin the simple truth that at Obama's targetted audience he is getting a failing grade, we don't have to spin anything. So what is your response, why is Obama's own targetted audience giving him a failing grade?
