Somehow, I doubt it's a "Baby Ruth Bar" under the sprinkles. Just another turd laid by the lackwits and dullards that are the intellectual heart and soul of the GOP...If they had a heart and soul that is. These guys aren't just tone deaf to the message of the 2008 elections, they're purblind as well.

They will be ENTIRELY written up and passed by the Dims.....

The GOP passed six years worth of bloated budgets from 2001-2006. That's one of the reasons they got ousted from power. The Democrats are even worse.
