You have mentioned a few times how Chris Matthews is crazy for Obama.
I never watch him, so I had no idea what you were talking about.
Well, I saw clips of him commenting on Obama's recent speech. Holy cow, the guy is infatuated. He is blinded by love. He is gaga over Obama.
This guy is so lovestruck, I expect Obama to find a rabbit boiling in a pot someday soon. Luckily for Mathews, he can express his feelings this weekend on Valentine's Day.
I don't know how anyone of intelligence can watch him.

Matthews gets a tingle up his leg when he hears Obama speak. But at least he is slightly less offensive than Olberman.

why you all continue to kiss that braindead parrot's ass is beyond me. Does he actually have compromising polaroids of all of you with children or barnyard animals? I will always remain amazed at his exalted stature on this board.

Right up to the bolded part I thought you were talking about me, what with the parrot reference and all. Then I hit the "exalted stature" part and realized, heh, no one holds me in that light except my mutts at feeding time!

Being Presidnet is not a hard job - just ask Chris Matthews
Chris Matthews Charmed: Obama is 'Fred Astaire Out There!'
By Geoffrey Dickens (Bio | Archive)
February 11, 2009 - 18:28 ET
When "Hardball," guest and former John McCain adviser Mark McKinnon suggested Barack Obama, in his first few days in office, is discovering what George W. Bush found out, that being President is "a hard job," Chris Matthews, on Wednesday night's show, vehemently disagreed, saying Obama "doesn't look he's having a hard time...he's Fred Astaire out there...he still moves around with incredible alacrity."

We all know how Chris feels about Pres Bush and VP Cheney, and how we went after them
Now Chris tells us what his job is now that Obama is President

Matthews referenced the $64,000 Question quiz show with the comment "some of that was rigged though..."
He nailed the press conference and the quiz show in one statement.

Yurt, there are some liberals out there who actually want you to think Chris is NOT a liberal
Rachel Maddow Says Chris Matthews Isn't Liberal, 'He'd Get Torn Apart' by Air America Fans
By Tim Graham (Bio | Archive)
January 30, 2009 - 09:13 ET
Long-time CBS correspondent Lesley Stahl interviewed radical MSNBC host Rachel Maddow for the website Wow-o-wow.com and Maddow demonstrated her ultraliberalism by denying Chris Matthews was a liberal (just a "Democrat"), and insisting "If Chris Matthews had an Air America radio show, he’d get torn apart by our listeners...I wouldn’t put Chris and my politics in the same canoe. " While Stahl insisted that MSNBC is trying to be the "un-Fox network," Maddow claimed it’s not really liberal, it’s just trying to "find hit shows."
