here's an interesting stimulus to brighten your day....
With the mercury registering a 5 degrees Monday, he stood in long underwear, boots, earmuffs, mittens, cap and multiple layers of warmth with a sign telling passing motorists to "BE FULL OF JOY."
He has been out there virtually every weekday since October, alternating that sign with others that read "I'M PRAYING FOR YOU" and "BE PROSPEROUS" and "GOD HAS YOU ON HIS MIND."
