Changing Username

[My Winter Storm]

How does one change their username? I'd like to change mine, is all.
Is that able to happen here? If a Mod can't do it, then may I reregister with a new name?
Of course I would let you know so as not to create any confusion. (line in sig, something like that)

I would prefer to reregister (as strange as that sounds, lol but I believe in new beginnings) however if that is not acceptable then a name change would be okay.
