I watch it every year, but I am surprised there isn't more outrage about it. Where is the ACLU, atheist activists, and such?

In a world where saying "Merry Christmas" is political taboo, nativity scenes are being removed from public places, and parents are getting mad for their kids participating in Christmas activities at school, I am surprised

I was at the checkout at Wal Mart and I told the cashier "Mery Christmas" she started to say Merry Christmas back - but said you to

I looked at her and told her it is OK to say "Merry Christmas"

She smiled and and said Merry Christmas

My husband heard a story on the radio yesterday on this topic. He said the husband of a woman who works in retail was told she was not allowed to say "Merry Christmas" to customers. The store she works for is called "The Christmas Tree Shops".
