This is an open letter from a U.S. Army chaplain who has been serving at Walter Reed. He seems rather pissed off that everybody seems to think the entire hospital is building 18. Seems as though most of the staff didn't even know building 18 actually had anybody in it. Anyway, I'll let him do the talking.
