What error message are you receiving? What is the size of the picture? Your permissions are the same as everyone else.

Was my bad to Sitarro. The board has limitations in place for what size picture can be attached to a post. I wasn't aware that there was also a setting for how much space you can take up altogether with ALL of your attachments put together. The problem has been sorted and I look forward to more fat chicks and low cut jeans. :)
