burst blood vessel in eye

So, I wake up at my parents' place on Sunday, take a shower, look in the mirror and see this...

I'm assuming it's a burst blood vessel in my eye. It doesn't hurt or anything, but it looks gross and this is actually the second time this has happened to me (first time was a couple years ago). It doesn't seem like the kind of thing that should just happen, y'know? Any thoughts? Before anybody asks, no, I wasn't trying to fart/poop.

PS: I know I have a big nose, I don't need any comments from the peanut gallery! :finger3:

oh yes .... i have had these....they go away.....no big deal....worst one i ever did was walk into a branch and shaved my cornea.....

so why i say something is better than a sharp stick in the eye.....i have the experience to back it up....

I had something blow into or fly into the corner of my eye that caused the same thing. It dissipated after a couple weeks.
