It is in their abilities that Masterminds differ from the other Rationals:p , while in most of their attitudes they are just like the others. However there is one attitude that sets them apart from other Rationals: they tend to be much more self-confident than the rest, having, for obscure reasons, developed a very strong will. They are rather rare, comprising no more than, say, one percent of the population.

There's that "P." "P"s like shades of gray rather than black & white. "J"s like black & white. :)

Pretty consistent over the years. I used to have a boss that thought we all ought to be labeled on our cubicles with this test. He lived and died by it.

I think it's really great in helping us understand each other, in helping us communicate. I, personally, am fascinated by psychology stuff. Every time this test comes up, I can't stop thinking about people, how they have responded to things, and if it seems to fit their "type," and how different people's personalities work together. :) But, as with all "labels" we have to be careful not to fix them too firmly on people, bc there are always exceptions to the rules. :)

It's a test that breaks down personality to help others communicate. Basically, iirc...
I v/s E-- introvert v/s extrovert. Do you get more energy from being alone or with people? Does being alone depress you? Or does being with people drain you?
N v/s S--- intuitive v/s sensate. Do you gather information primarily through your five senses, or more through a gut feeling?
F v/s T--- how do you process information? Do you process it more in your mind or more through your feelings?
P v/s J--- What kind of conclusions do you arrive at? Fixed, black and white decisions, or general ideas that are not firmly fixed?
