What's gas going for where you live......and where do you live?

1.82 here in Cincinnati.....a few stations have it for 1.77!!!!!!

I heard on the news that we are the lowest in the nation:dance:

1.84 is the cheapest in the Atlanta area. It was 1.99 at a BP station down the road.

Yeah, do they have any openings in schools? Gas here is $2.44 on avg.

I paid $2.01 yesterday....funny thing is, I haven't been going out of town a lot lately and my work is only five miles from home....the last time I filled up my van, I paid $3.18.....how's that for a change from one fill up to the next.....

prices and dropping like crazy over here too, 2 weeks ago a litre of unleaded was 115p, now you can get it for 94p

:laugh2: $2.08 here yesterday..last I filled up $3.19 and I still have 1/2 tank. Working from home sure does pay. :thumb:

Friday, I went on a morning errand at about 10am and saw gas at 1.97. I figured that my tank was a little low and I figured I'd get some gas after I got off work (8pm). Same gas station. 1.92. Today they're selling for 1.85 (Fayetteville, AR, btw).

Cheapest I've seen is $1.96 at the no-name places. I'd say the average is around $2.10.

OK, quick math... @ ~4 litres/gallon, that's 376p/gallon. At an exchange rate of $1.50/pound, that's $5.64/gallon. Yikes!

It's their taxes. Same reason here in Illinois, our gas is nearly .40 higher than elsewhere.

That sounds about right. The Mrs. uses the medium, this is where I pulled the $2.59.
