Gas prices have dropped to around $2.50 where I live, and the liberal media is finally reporting the drop

Now Lord Obama said he was upset the price rose so quickly - not the high price itself

The Dems can't take credit for the lower prices, and Lord Obama has promised to eliminate fossil fuels as an energy source.

So so much for "we can't drill our way out of this". So much for "the war dance of the hand maidens of the oil companies", as Pelosi put it. So much for greedy oil companies keeping the price of oil high. It was the DEMOCRATS that kept the oil prices high.

Lord Obama wants to put a wind fall profit tax on oil companies, and then we will see prices increase as production decreases

Here's a clue.

Gas prices are going to go up regardless of who is President. Gasoline prices always go up in the summer months and always come back down in the winter. This year we hit $4+ a gallon. Next year, my guess is it will be in the $4.75 range. They will take it just as high as they can get it and then some.

Then when the prices come down in the winter again, they will look magnanimous and everyone will think they really care.

Gas prices dropped as soon as drilling became a reality. The dollar is getting stronger, and demand has declined

Now it will be only a matter of time before Dems break their promise of drilling and gas prices start going back up

It would not surprise me if Dems raise the gax tax on consumers to keep the price high
