DENVER - Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin
describes herself as a "hard-core pro-lifer" and expresses confidence
that in spite of disheartening polls, "putting this in God's hands, that
the right thing for America will be done at the end of the day on Nov.
4."
In an interview with evangelical leader James Dobson that aired
Wednesday, Palin said she thought Republican presidential candidate
John McCain would implement the GOP platform if elected - "I do,
from the bottom of my heart" - but McCain doesn't support the
platform on three issues important to evangelicals: abortion, gay
marriage and embryonic stem cell research.
The platform calls for a constitutional ban on gay marriage, an issue
McCain says should be left to individual states. Similarly, the platform
seeks a constitutional ban on all abortions; again, McCain supports
allowing states to decide the question. McCain supports research
using embryonic stem cells, which the platform opposes.
Palin called it a "strong platform" and told Dobson, "They are there,
they are solid, we stand on them, and, again, I believe that is is the
right agenda for the country at this time.".........................

As usual you have no comment on the substance of the post, stevie.

Pathetic? I agree. You are indeed pathetic. But, you are in God's hands and I expect a miracle in that somehow, someday you will write something at least intelligible or at the very least sympathetic to the society that allows you to exist.

Apparently, acknowledging God is wrong.
she should have said it is in obama's hands, then the media would have praised her and psydeshow would have recanted calling her an evil, power hungry bitch

God may answer Rev. Wright's prayer. The bad Rev. asked God to "Damn America", and if Obama wins...

You only got the msm soundbite, didn't you, abby?
God may answer Rev. Wright's prayer. The bad Rev. asked God to "Damn America", and if Obama wins...
The reverend was talking about unwise, unwanted and unneccessary American intervention into other country's business with great loss of American life and limb for no good ends to come for any involved. A bit comprehensive but surely you have at least a shallow understanding of unjust war, don't you?!?!??!??!????!
I don't think God sent us there. I think a complete American imbecile sent us there.

As much faith as I have, it isn't in god's hands, and I get really tired of hearing that one. It is such a cop out on responsibility, and it is such cheap ploy move as well, because when things go against the person who says it, they're never like, "Oh well, I guess it's god's will that this one lead us, we should all get behind them as they are the chosen one." funny that, huh? It's only God's will if your team "wins".
People these days seem obsessed with putting everything on God, despite the point where god gave us free will, so that we could determine for ourselves, even down to whether or not to believe in Him. This election will not be by god's will, but the peoples' will.

If thanks are in order for God for the good things then fault must also be in order for Him for the bad things. Using the name of the Lord in vain like that just eats my butt up!!!!!!!!!! These blasphemers are not even aware of their own blasphemy and it's their own fault!!!!!!!!!!!!
