Its the oldest ploy in the book - bribe the constituents by promising to give them wealth.

Makes one wonder what ever happened to the party of "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country". I guess libs like Obama think the "what you can do for your country" part means pay more taxes, only for some strange reason it only applies to a small percentage of the population.
