I don't know if this is true or not - it's 'effin gross either way. I'll keep my wide, child bearing ribs, thank you very much!

I would hope no woman would do such a thing..It looks fake to me though..Fake in that she has ribs at least to a point..It looks more like some deformity to me..I donno.

Ok..the first thing that came to mind was......that person is a MAN..

if it had ribs removed, it's also had other things removed as well...:coffee:

It is possible that she was born without certain bones. DH has a friend who has a condition called Cleidocranial Dysplasia (http://www.faces-cranio.org/Disord/CCD.htm). He has no collarbone, and was born that way. He can take his shoulders and touch them together under his chin. Yeah, freaky.

He and his soon-to-be-ex-wife had two kids together and the 2nd one also has the disorder. When he was born, his soft-spot was pretty much the whole top-half of his head. He is now 4 years old, and STILL has an open soft-spot. He has to wear a special helmet if he goes out to play anytime. He is now old enough to go through bone-graft surgery, and his parents are contemplating it.

So it is possible that she was just born without a few ribs.

That was fucking horrible!!!! Jesus fuckin' christ, what would possess anyone to do that to themselves?
