I think if McCain concentrates on southwest and southeast Ohio he has a good chance. When Bush was running in 04,he came to speak down here and we went to see him. The crowd was twice as big as they had planned. It was a madhouse, and we were so far back in the field,I couldn't even see him. The kids got a kick out of the secret service agents on the roofs and guarding each tree tho-lol!!!
Northern Ohio, Cleveland is Obama territory.

In 2004 Bush recieved 118775 more votes than Kerry and won the state. In the 2008 primary Hillary recieved 203851 more votes than Obama. So not only does Obama need to recieve more votes then Kerry did he most also win over all of the Hillary votes he did not have in the primary.

Pennsylvania is a state to watch. The latest Rasmussen poll of Pennsylvania puts Obama at 47 and McCain at 45.
In 2004 Kerry won the state over Bush by 144,248 votes. In the 2008 primary Hillary recieved 1,275,039 votes, Obama recieved 1,061,441 votes. If only 7% of Hillary voters vote for McCain he will win the state.
In a CNN exit poll of Pennsylvania 15% of democratic voters said they would vote for McCain in November. http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/epolls/#PADEM
Lossing Pennsylvania would be next to fatal for Obama.

What's so interesting is,there was a HUGE number of Republicans in Ohio that switched over and voted for Hill in the primaries and have no intention of voting for Obam, they are McCain voters. It goes back to the Rush Limbaugh thing.
The talking heads said this didn't make a difference, but there were so many Republicans that did this, some moron wanted to investigate thousands of people that switched over.
I think McCain has more votes than we think:coffee:
