Being fair, it's just David Zucker, who is just slightly past his prime (recent movies he's been a part of: Scary Movie 3 and 4, Superhero Movie, etc.). The last "good" movie he did was BASEketball back in '98, and I put good in quotes because I'm one of like three people I know who liked that.
