I have a desktop that I recently bought, just to re sell. When I went to hook up the monitor, the usual port that is used, isnt there. Instead of a female port it is a male port, same size and shape, but also different number of pins, it simply wont fit my typical VGA cables.
It has a Nvidia quadro fx graphics card that has three ports, one is similiar to a s-video port, and the other two appear to be DVI hookups.
DO I have to get a cable that goes from the VGA port on my monitor to the DVI port on the graphics card?
Thanks in advance, Ron
