Wal-Mart is one of the world's top 20 economic entities. For years, the retail giant has been plagued by bad press. Now it has to fend off a Wall Street Journal report that it's been politically bullying its employees. ANP headed over to a Wal-Mart in Virginia to ask shoppers what they think.

WalMart, much to the chagrin of it's founder, Sam Walton, a good and solid Democrat that was active in Arkansas politics and instrumental in the blue bloodedness of Bill Clinton, has chosen the dark side of American economic justice. Poor Sam would roll in his grave knowing the present abuses and long term idiocies of the present management in WalMart.
That said, I think I'll have another:

Wal-mart is an example of how corporations control the republican party and tools like Avatar. They pay low, destroy local small business, destroy unions, support China, cost our society much because of their low pay and lack of benefits and yet have the publicity power to make many believe otherwise. Our citizenship suffers under this sort of predatory company but many like cheap goods. I have never stepped inside a wal-mart, never will. I once sat outside as my wife took something back for her sister and the scene reminded me of what the depression would have looked like, the people for the most part appeared so poor.

Corporations arent bad. Anyone who doesnt have an agenda understands why corporations are created and welcomes it because corporations advance our economy by bringing the people goods and services they want at affordable prices.
I understand you hate freedom and capitalism. But these two things are what made the United States as wealthy and powerful as it has become. No one forces people to shop or work for WalMart. You have decided not to yourself. That's fine. But you have no right to prevent people from working and shopping there. You have no right to destroy a business because it's successful.
I think the real reason you hate WalMart so much is that it helps people far more than any government social program and you know it.

If you don't like em, don't shop there. I know I don't, 90% of their crap is made in China.
