Had a real treat last night.....i friend of mine inherited her fathers wine cellar....and was over for dinner last night....she brought a

1985 girgich hills cabernet.....yummy.

wife did a saffron risotto with a sautéed chicken in a heavy onion based gravey and steamed mixed veggies ..... oh and the best part it was al fresco as spring came yesterday ....
