That has happened before. A woman sued TV preacher Benny Hihn. They threw it out of court.
Still stupid, though.

Wasn't this a Billy Connely moive? Most amasingly stupid. I hope the person bringing the charges ends up with many large legal bills for stupidity and being a general disapointment to those around them.
