That is why I DON"T go to the beach. No kidding. With 80% of Americans overweight and 40% or more obese, I'll stay in the mountains when possible. There is a noticable low percentage of fat chicks where the principle activities are hiking, bicyling, and skiing, and a simple walk around your neighborhood requires several hundred feet in elevation changes.
