I may have posted this bit before but I also know there are several newer members who haven't heard it.

The audio is from an arrest by the Minneapolis police department (they do ask if the guy has ever been booked in the Hennepin County Jail). Rumor has it that it was part of a 'COPS' episode they filmed here, but I have yet to ever see the actual video, if it exists, either for public viewing or never aired.
