A nice big fat three pound lobster. Preferably one that was just killed at the market about an hour ago. NEVER FROZEN> EVER!!!!! NEVER!!!
OK....Here we go. Follow the instructions carefully.
In a small cup (any kind), mix a shot (yes...a shot glass) of Walnut Oil, a pinch of sugar, plenty of pepper and the squirtings of one half of a lemon. Add a few shakes out of the Soy sauce bottle, a spoonful of Coca-Cola and a wee bit of Sesame Oil. Cut about a third of a stick of REAL sweet cream salted butter and drop it in there too. Set it on the countertop near some heat so it will sort of carmelize.
Cut a half of a Vidalia, Ga onion (don't use cheap onions), into slender slivers about an inch long. Slice up an 8 ounce pack of freshly washed mushrooms. Place them together in another container nearby.
Get out your AUTHENTIC hand beaten wok you had sent to you personally from China. NO TEFLON!!
Now, heat your wok until that dude is almost red. Pour in about three teaspoons of a high quality Garlic Oil, Use Peanut and toss in some real garlic juice if you want.......dosen't matter.
While the oil is beginning to smoke cut up your huge Lobster tail. Throw the onions and mushrooms into the wok, shake them around a bit until they are comfortable. Roll em around good......there you go!
Now...quickly. Place your cut up lobster pieces into the container you just dumped the onions and mushies out of. Is your butter almost melted? If not, zap it just a second or two in the wave. Shake your veggies. Don't let them sit still too long.
Throw everything in to the wok and roll it around. Give it a toss every three revolutions of the ingrediants. Only stir fry until the lobster is just done. Don't over cook.
YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM!
What is the name of this acient Repoman family secret recipe?
Stir Fried Lobster with onions and Mushrooms!
If sauce too thick, which it usually is, thicken with a little flower as you stir fry.
