How do we solve our health care problems

Honestly, we cannot give every free medical care, first, because it isn't free, since we have to pay taxes on it, but as well because it is simply not something our government is responsible for, or designed to handle.

The government needs to get out of the medical industry's way, let go of its stranglehold, and with de-regulation, you would see a vastly cheaper health care than we have now. Competition is always a boon for consumers.
