Here's the latest attack on the ad by the Obamites. Here these two preachers try and use the War in Iraq, which started long after Wright's speech, to justify Wright's speech. Amazing!

After several weeks during which the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's pulpit work had been pilloried, vilified, mischaracterized and ridiculed, the most important word Sen. Barack Obama used when talking about his pastor was "caricature." That is to say, there's been no connection between the media's distorted perspective and the actual man, mission and ministry of Pastor Wright.

Out of Wright's 3½ decades of pastoral service is taken a 25-second sound bite in which he says, "God damn America," and much of the media and many white Americans believe they can summarize and dismiss him. Only when we read or hear the entire sermon do we realize it was preached on Sept. 16, 2001, the Sunday following the Sept. 11 tragic murders. ……

Our country was in a unique moment after the Sept. 11 murders. As the world's only superpower, we had the sympathy of virtually the entire planet, as undeserving victims of terrorist attack. Yet President Bush squandered this precious moment in an ill-conceived, ill-defined, reckless, foolish, wasteful, illegal, immoral war against Saddam Hussein, when it was Osama bin Laden who attacked us…….
