LONDON (AP) — Amy Winehouse was arrested on suspicion of assault Friday following reports that she scuffled with two men during a wild night out, Sky News television reported.

The 24-year-old soul diva, who recently entered rehab after years of erratic behavior and canceled concerts, arrived at a central London police station to answer questions relating to the alleged incident, her representatives said.

Police didn't directly confirm that Winehouse was in custody, saying only that a 24-year-old woman was being held on suspicion of assault. British authorities don't usually name suspects until they have been charged.

Winehouse didn't say anything to assembled photographers and cameramen as she walked into the station late Friday afternoon.

Please, there is real talent out there, why pretend this idiot can even hold a note. I gave her a chance because the Grammy clowns, which have become as meaningful as the Nobel idiots, claimed she had talent. I listened to her drivel and even if I was to shoot heroin into my veins I would still have more musical taste than to listen to her tripe again. She isn't deserving of an obituary.

I'm hoping she'll get the help she needs, but she has to want that help before anyone can help her, and she doesn't seem to want it.

Sadly, she'll likely be dead by years end if she continues on this way. She's a very sick girl, and I actually think she wants help, she just doesn't know how to go about getting it.

Didn't know you had a hearing problem... sorry to hear that. My ears ring quite loud from listening to incredibly loud fighter air craft for six and half years on the flight line.

I'll just disagree with you about winehouse then. I don't think she's talented or a good singer. To each his/her own.
